Centro Salama Jeddah By Rotana

I stayed at Centro for a week on a business trip and thoroughly enjoyed my experience. The room was spacious and comfortable, providing a peaceful retreat after long days. The staff were welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home. Breakfast was a good start to my mornings, with a variety of tasty options to choose from. I also appreciated the hotel's convenient location and the high-speed Wi-Fi, which made working from my room a breeze.

I couldn't recommend more this hotel.

The stay was absolutely such great. The hotel was the best base for enjoying a fairly nice area, not far from many restaurants and shops as well as shops. The staff were wonderful and lovely, with extra attention to the details.

The hotel staff was excellent, not annoying. Units with view. A shower, hair dryers and a bidet where very handy.

I had a pretty good time during my city trip! The welcoming staff made me feel right at home, and I really enjoyed the spacious room. The breakfast was delicious and well-organized, letting me start my day right. Plus, the location was super convenient for exploring the local sights!

I did run into a few hiccups. Housekeeping could definitely use some improvement—there were times when the bathroom amenities weren't replaced. the musty smell in my room was a bit off-putting, and room service food wasn’t as tasty as I expected.

the roof top has a great view but the swimming pool is too cold.

Moving the work table for a more comfortable workspace would be helpful, as the spacing felt cramped. There are great elements here, but some adjustments could enhance the stay.

I had a good stay at Centro Salama Jeddah by Rotana with my nine-month-old baby. The spacious room was perfect for our little one, and the caring staff, especially Mr Naif. The breakfast was enjoyable, and the rooftop swimming pool provided a relaxing escape. With convenient access to nearby landmarks, our family bonding time was nice. Highly recommended!
